1$0 deductible applies to all drugs covered on the Premier plan, and preferred generic drugs on Tier 1 on the Value Plus plan. Back
2$1 copay available for Premier plan members on a 30-day supply of Tier 1 drugs at preferred cost sharing retail pharmacies or a 90-day supply of Tier 1 drugs from our mail order pharmacy. Back
